Frequently asked questions

How do I save an expense or income?

Open Add Memory, tap the microphone, and speak naturally — for example, "I paid $45 for groceries today." Confirm when prompted and Recallify will save it.

How do I ask about past spending?

Open Extract Memory and ask a question like "How much did I spend last week?" or "What did I buy on Friday?" Recallify searches your saved memories and answers.

What are memory items?

Each expense or income you save uses one memory item from your balance. Free users start with a set number of items. You can earn more by inviting friends, watching a rewarded ad, or submitting feedback in Settings.

How do invite codes work?

Every user gets a unique 6-character invite code. When a new user signs up with your code, you both receive bonus memory items. Find your code under Settings → Usage → Memory items.

How do I delete a wrong memory?

Open your activities list, select the item, and remove it. Deleted memories no longer count toward your saved total.

Why isn't voice recognition working?

Ensure microphone permission is enabled for Recallify in your device settings. Choose your speaking language in Settings → Language (separate from display language). Use a quiet environment and check your internet connection.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings → Profile → Delete account in the app, or email scofieldtran90@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion request."
